Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note:
- Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods
- Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on location:
- Domestic: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped
- We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.
International Shipping
- Delivery times may vary due to customs
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
- Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes
