Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. After 14 days, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must strictly meet all of the following:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (undamaged)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not fully meet these conditions.


Return Approval Required

All returns must be requested and approved in advance.

To start a return, email horizon1industries@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will provide instructions.

⚠️ Items sent back without approval will be refused.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns

Tracked shipping is strongly recommended.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

You must report issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging

Late claims may be rejected.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, place a new order after your return is approved.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Rights

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days.

However:

  • Items must still be unused and in original condition
  • Return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility
  • Used or damaged items may receive partial or no refund

Refunds

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival
  • We may issue:
    • Full refund
    • Partial refund
    • No refund

If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.


Additional Terms

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns suspected of misuse or abuse
  • Excessive returns may result in account restrictions
